A wonderful experience through and through. Wonderful, attentive, and knowledgeable staff. Meal and drink recommendations and pairings. The food was elevated, yet classic. Great food, great cocktails, great dinner! Do yourself a favor and get the bread!

A Fantastic Experience at Manna! We had an absolutely wonderful dinner at manna in downtown Wilmington! We gave our kids a "staycation" in downtown Wilmington for Christmas and they love culinary experiences, so I knew we had to take them to manna. Despite being a restaurant that you don't typically take "kids"- the staff made us feel completely at ease and made the kids feel fancy eating in such a beautiful place with stellar food. The service from Eric was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and accommodating without feeling rushed. We started with the Good Morning Vietnam Brussels Sprouts appetizer, which were crispy, tangy, and packed with flavor—definitely a standout. The From Wurst to First Sausage appetizer was also a hit, with a perfect balance of savory, spicy, and smoky flavors. For mains, we tried a bit of everything, and each dish was fantastic. The NC Speckled Trout was a unanimous favorite—perfectly cooked, light, and flaky and the shitake risotto was delicious. The Hickory Smoked NC Pork had a great smoky depth and tenderness that we couldn't get enough of. We finished the meal with the Apple Pie Bread Pudding, and it was truly dreamy—rich, warm, and perfectly spiced with just the right amount of sweetness. (We should have ordered two!) Manna is one of our favorite spots in Wilmington. The food is always exceptional, the atmosphere relaxed and inviting, and the service exemplary. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience in the heart of downtown!

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality, and our server Alayna truly made the evening special. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, answering every question we had with confidence, and her recommendations were spot on. We trusted her completely, and she did not disappoint – each dish was a revelation. The food itself was out of this world – fresh, creative, and expertly prepared. Every bite was a delightful surprise, showcasing the kind of quality and innovation you don't often find. It was honestly the best meal I've ever had. The atmosphere was just as exceptional. It felt cozy and inviting, so much so that we ended up staying for four hours, savoring every moment. I took my mom out for a girls' night, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. We had the most wonderful time, and we’re already looking forward to returning to see what’s new on the menu. Thank you to everyone at the restaurant for making our night so memorable. I’ve been keeping up with Manna,the Owner and the Chef for awhile now. My wife and I have been planning this trip and dinner for 2 years. Everything was phenomenal, the care and attention to every detail was evident from walking in the door. We arrived 20 minutes early,were sat anyway and given water and menus. Our server was actually the manager Steph,playing double duty and playing it well. Knowing we’re on our honeymoon, she was attentive and informative but left us plenty of alone time to enjoy and relax as well. She asked questions, waxed poetic about the menu and the team and told stories. Concluding our meal she introduced us to the Sommelier who was every bit as gracious and amazing. The food matched the service, the bread was exquisite..the asparagus with speck I could have eaten plate after plate of and my duck breast was perfect. It was worth the 2 year wait to come and experience..it will not be 2 years before we return. Bravo!

I had an outstanding experience! The atmosphere was lovely and we dined by the front window. I was so in the moment I forgot to take pictures of my food choices. My cocktail was outstanding. Salad pasta bread. All deliciousness!! The pasta was creamy and so tasteful with pistachios. I will return for sure! After dinner we sat on the bench outside and admired the full moon. Perfect evening.

Had dinner there with friends, really liked the service, delicious and unusual food, wonderful oysters, beautiful interior. Didn't really like the cocktails, but excellent sparkling water. Will definitely come again.

My wife and I went here for our 11 year anniversary. It was a great experience. The bartender, hostess, and waitress were sincerely polite and sweet. The menu when I went had one steak, one pork, one chicken and one fish option. My wife loved her tile fish, and my pork chop was very good. Our waitress, Kayleen(?) Was very polite and kind, letting us enjoy our time together while still checking on us. The staff and chef seem to take customer experience very seriously.

Service was amazing, food was so fresh and so well prepared. Really cool craft cocktails and we had a truly breathtaking chocolate torte for dessert. Vibe was cozy and romantic but could be comfortable for friends. Our only regret was filling up on bread before our food came out.
